Off to a great week! I gave out 0 CV points today so I hope 7th grade is showing the best of themselves in every class and planning on attending Step Africa on Thursday!
In Latin class today, we had the opportunity to review a previous assessment, identify specific errors made, and explain necessary corrections. Each time we identified an error and provided a correction, we earned a half point back on the assessment grade. There is so much going on within our translation now, it's important to consistently reflect in order to become better translators and stronger students!

JHU and UMD: Finish your "Town on Pompeii" packet. Remember that all 16 questions must be answered on a separate sheet of paper. Due tomorrow!
All cohorts: Remember that there is a great opportunity for extra credit on this upcoming project! You can research the town on Pompeii on your own and bring in individual facts about it. You will receive 1 point of extra credit for every 5 facts you submit. These must be written IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Please don't print off internet articles and try to pass them as your own. You are way too good for that!
